AutoDraft Pro is operated by Odin Fury LLC, providing sports news aggregation, including multi-source summaries and analysis, for fantasy sports enthusiasts.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using the AutoDraft Pro mobile application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the app.
2. Description of Service
AutoDraft Pro is a free mobile application that provides: • Sports news aggregation for NFL, NBA, MLB, and NHL, including multi-source summaries where articles overlap • Summaries and analysis produced with automated assistance • Push notifications for significant player and trending story updates • Content organized by your sport preferences The app is supported by advertisements provided through Google AdMob.
3. User Responsibilities
You agree to: • Use the app only for lawful purposes • Not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app • Not interfere with or disrupt the app or its servers • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations • Provide accurate information when contacting support
4. Push Notifications
By enabling push notifications, you consent to receive news alerts and updates. You can disable notifications at any time through the app settings. We will not send spam or promotional messages unrelated to sports news.
5. Advertising
AutoDraft Pro displays advertisements through Google AdMob to support the free service. By using the app, you acknowledge and agree that: • Ads may be displayed throughout the app • Ad content is controlled by Google AdMob • We are not responsible for the content of third-party advertisements • You interact with ads at your own risk
6. Content and Intellectual Property
All content provided by AutoDraft Pro, including AI-generated summaries, app design, and branding, is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Sports news content is aggregated from third-party sources and remains the property of those sources. You may not: • Reproduce or redistribute our content without permission • Use our content for commercial purposes • Remove or alter copyright notices
7. Disclaimers
AutoDraft Pro is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We make no guarantees about: • Accuracy or completeness of sports news or information • Availability or uninterrupted access to the app • Suitability for fantasy sports decisions News content is aggregated from third-party sources and we are not responsible for errors, omissions, or inaccuracies. Sports information is for entertainment purposes only and should not be the sole basis for fantasy sports decisions.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AutoDraft Pro and Odin Fury LLC shall not be liable for any: • Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages • Loss of profits, data, or goodwill • Service interruptions or app malfunctions • Fantasy sports losses or decisions based on our content Our total liability shall not exceed $100 or the amount you paid to use the app (which is zero for a free app).
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the app or by other means. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. You should review these terms periodically.
10. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to AutoDraft Pro at any time, with or without cause or notice, including for violations of these terms. You may stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it from your device.
11. Third-Party Services
The app uses third-party services including Google AdMob and Expo Push Notifications. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party service failures or policy changes.
12. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of California, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of California. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect.
