Edgerrin Cooper Loss Compounds Green Bay Defensive Injuries

Green Bay Packers linebacker Edgerrin Cooper is sidelined with a season-long Achilles injury, dealing a heavy blow to the team's defensive front seven. The situation worsened when starting defensive tackle Javon Hargrave suffered an identical torn Achilles in Sunday's win over the Bears. With both key defenders out for the remainder of the year, the Packers face mounting depth concerns and are actively evaluating potential trade targets to reinforce the defensive line.
