Cleveland Browns rookie wide receiver KC Concepcion was ruled out for the remainder of Sunday's game against the New York Jets after suffering a concussion in the first quarter. Concepcion took a massive head-on hit from safety Minkah Fitzpatrick on a deep throw that knocked the ball loose and sent the rookie's head hard to the turf.
