CJ Donaldson Leads New Orleans Backfield In Week 5 Loss

CJ Donaldson led the New Orleans Saints backfield with 19 snaps during their Sunday loss, carrying the ball four times for 13 yards and successfully catching his lone target for a 7-yard gain. Donaldson operated as a primary piece in a backfield rotation that saw Alvin Kamara's role significantly shrink due to a lingering back issue.
