Jayden Struble Traded to Predators by Montreal Canadiens

The Montreal Canadiens traded 25-year-old defenseman Jayden Struble to the Nashville Predators on Friday night to help clear a crowded blueline logjam. Head coach Martin St-Louis praised Struble as a great teammate and NHL defenseman who will now get a better opportunity to grow his game with more consistent ice time. Struble had spent the last four seasons competing for a roster spot on Montreal's defense before the recent additions of Adam Engstrom and Kaiden Guhle.
