San Francisco 49ers tight end George Kittle caught five of six targets for 24 yards in a 32-29 win over the Seahawks while playing through an illness. Despite an uncharacteristic third-down drop on the opening drive, Kittle finished second on the team in receiving yards and will have extra recovery time before Monday Night Football.
