Roman Hemby Elevated to Raiders Roster to Make NFL Debut

The Las Vegas Raiders elevated running back Roman Hemby from the practice squad ahead of their Week 5 matchup against the New England Patriots, marking his official NFL debut. The move provides key backfield depth alongside Mike Washington as starting running back Ashton Jeanty manages ankle and foot injuries. Hemby, an undrafted rookie out of Maryland who impressed during the preseason, was elevated along with wide receiver Devyn Thompkins.
