LeBron James Sidelined for Preseason Contest Against Boston Celtics

LeBron James (rest) will be unavailable for Saturday's preseason contest against the Boston Celtics, Tony Jones of The Athletic reports. The 76ers are resting multiple projected starters, with James joining Joel Embiid, Jaylen Brown, and Kentavious Caldwell-Pope on the sidelines. The franchise is managing James' workload carefully to ensure he is fully prepared for the regular-season opening matchup against the New York Knicks on Tuesday, October 20.
