Cade Cunningham Sits Out Preseason Contest Against Wizards

Cade Cunningham (rest) did not play in Detroit's 114-108 preseason loss to the Washington Wizards. After initially being left out of the starting lineup in favor of Daniss Jenkins, the star guard ultimately did not step on the hardwood at all. This was viewed as a precautionary workload management move by the coaching staff ahead of the regular season, meaning fantasy managers should not be concerned about the absence. His next chance to play comes Wednesday against Minnesota.
