Chris Williams Elevated to Active Roster by Browns

The Cleveland Browns have elevated defensive tackle Chris Williams from the practice squad for Sunday's matchup against the New York Jets. The move provides necessary roster depth following the designation of Mason Graham and Mike Hall Jr. as ruled out for the contest. Williams enters his fifth NFL season out of Wagner, having previously appeared in 44 career games with the Indianapolis Colts and Chicago Bears since originally signing as an undrafted free agent in 2020.
