Tyler LaPorte Delivers Scoreless Inning to Extend AFL Runless Streak

Atlanta Braves reliever Tyler LaPorte tossed a scoreless final inning with two strikeouts for the Glendale River Dogs in Arizona Fall League action on Friday. LaPorte has yet to allow a single run during his entire AFL stint, continuing an impressive stretch out of the bullpen. The outing provided a bright spot on pitching for Glendale, which fell 13-9 to the Salt River Rafters despite LaPorte's strong relief appearance.
