Mike Evans Cleared For Week 5 After Rib Injury Scare

San Francisco 49ers wide receiver Mike Evans does not have an injury designation for Sunday's game against the Seahawks, having cleared himself for action despite managing a rib injury sustained in Week 3. After being limited Wednesday and sitting out Thursday for maintenance purposes, Evans practiced on a limited basis Friday and will suit up to play a key role in the pivotal NFC West divisional matchup on the road.
