John Tavares Misses Saturday Game Following Birth of Fourth Child

Toronto Maple Leafs center John Tavares missed Friday's practice and will not play Saturday against Colorado after returning home for the birth of his fourth child, Tucker. Tavares, who has one goal and three assists in five games, is expected to return Tuesday against Utah. In his absence, head coach Jim Hiller bumped Nick Paul up to the second-line center position, while Zack MacEwen and Miles Wood are candidates to draw into the lineup.
