Philadelphia Eagles Release Veteran Quarterback Andy Dalton

The Philadelphia Eagles have released veteran quarterback Andy Dalton to free up a roster spot amidst widespread team injuries ahead of Sunday's game against Jacksonville in London. Dalton lost his primary backup role to Tanner McKee after throwing an interception in Week 3. Reports indicate the roster move does not preclude Dalton from potentially returning to the Eagles' practice squad or active roster.
