Yves Missi Nears Double-Double With 11 Points in Preseason Loss

Yves Missi recorded 11 points, nine rebounds, and shot 4-of-6 from the field across 19 minutes in the New Orleans Pelicans' 128-118 preseason loss to the Miami Heat. Tied for the game-high mark in rebounds, Missi turned in a highly efficient outing as one of six Pelicans to score in double figures. He is projected to open the regular season as New Orleans' starting center, though he faces competition for minutes from Derik Queen and Karlo Matkovic.
