Owen Carey Singles and Throws Out Runner in Minor League Action

Atlanta Braves outfielder Owen Carey went 1-for-4 with an infield single in the ninth inning during Arizona Fall League action. Beyond his bat, Carey highlighted his performance with strong defensive work, notably throwing out a runner trying to go first-to-third to help escape a jam. While he made plenty of contact, evaluators noted he continued chasing pitches outside the strike zone, leading to results lacking quality contact against opposing pitching staffs.
