Drew Doughty Shares Heartfelt Childhood Letter Written to Wayne Gretzky

Los Angeles Kings captain Drew Doughty shared a two-page childhood letter he wrote to NHL legend Wayne Gretzky at five years old. In the fan letter, Doughty congratulated Gretzky on reaching 2,500 NHL points, asked him to say hello to former goaltender Kelly Hrudey, and shared his own youth hockey stats after scoring 93 goals. Now in his 19th season with the Kings, the two-time Stanley Cup champion and 2016 Norris Trophy winner has played his entire career in LA.
