Edgerrin Cooper Placed on IR With Season-Ending Torn Achilles

Green Bay Packers linebacker Edgerrin Cooper was officially placed on injured reserve after suffering a torn Achilles tendon in the third quarter against Tampa Bay. Before exiting, Cooper posted nine tackles, a sack, and an interception, bringing his season totals to 30 tackles and three sacks.
