James Wiseman Makes Strong Impression for Final Knicks Spot

Competing for the New York Knicks' final roster spot, 25-year-old James Wiseman delivered a strong nine-minute performance off the bench in the preseason opener. The former No. 2 overall pick shot 3-for-4 from the field, totaling eight points, five rebounds, and one block. Reuniting with head coach Mike Brown, who coached him during his first two NBA seasons, Wiseman is looking to secure the third center position with consistent interior contributions.
