Austin Ekeler Leads Backfield in First Game Back

Austin Ekeler led the Washington Commanders' backfield with 29 yards on four carries during their 30-13 loss to the Indianapolis Colts. Having signed with the team just days prior, Ekeler showed purposeful running and positive momentum, threatening to eat into teammate Jacory Croskey-Merritt's carries moving forward as Washington looks to stabilize its struggling run game.
