VJ Edgecombe Shines With 12 Points and 7 Assists in Preseason Debut

Philadelphia 76ers guard VJ Edgecombe impressed in his preseason debut during Monday's 120-97 victory over the New York Knicks. Playing 19 to 20 minutes off the bench, Edgecombe logged 12 points on 4-of-9 shooting, four rebounds, and a game-high seven assists. The second-year guard consistently attacked the paint, drew free throws, and displayed advanced playmaking vision. He will likely share the court with LeBron James and Tyrese Maxey during the regular season.
