David Bailey And Jets Pass Rush Search For Consistency In Sacks

New York Jets defensive end David Bailey is part of a pass rush struggling to generate sacks despite high preseason expectations following his selection as the No. 2 overall pick. The Jets rank 14th in the NFL with nine sacks and 17th with 26 pressures, with Bailey tied for the team lead with two sacks. Coach Aaron Glenn noted that Bailey and teammate Will McDonald are frequently being chipped by opponents, emphasizing that the entire four-man defensive front must work together to collapse pockets.
