Ariel Hukporti Suffers Non-Contact Right Leg Injury in Debut
Philadelphia 76ers center Ariel Hukporti exited five minutes into his preseason debut Monday after sustaining a non-contact right leg injury against the New York Knicks. Starting in place of a resting Joel Embiid, Hukporti collapsed after planting his foot on the perimeter and had to be helped off the court without putting weight on his right leg. Head coach Nick Nurse stated Hukporti will undergo imaging on his right Achilles on Tuesday.
