Max Strus Out Four Weeks With Partial Plantar Fascia Tear
Los Angeles Clippers guard Max Strus will miss at least four weeks and the start of the regular season after suffering a partial tear of the plantar fascia in his right foot. The non-contact injury occurred five minutes into Sunday's preseason game against Golden State. Acquired in an August multi-team trade, Strus joins a growing injury list that includes Brandon Ingram and Bradley Beal, opening rotational minutes for rookies like Keaton Wagler.
