Kyle Juszczyk Avoids Major Knee Structure Damage Against Broncos

San Francisco 49ers fullback Kyle Juszczyk was ruled out in the fourth quarter of Sunday's 24-14 win over the Denver Broncos after suffering a right knee hyperextension. Juszczyk sustained the injury on a tackle by Jahdae Barron following a 16-yard reception and needed help leaving the field. Head coach Kyle Shanahan provided an optimistic update postgame, stating initial tests indicate a knee sprain with his ACL appearing intact.
