Denver Barkey Nears Return From Injury For Philadelphia Flyers

Philadelphia Flyers forward Denver Barkey is trending towards a return for the team's upcoming three-game road trip after shedding his no-cross yellow jersey for a regular orange one in practice. Barkey missed time due to two lower-body injuries during the preseason. Head coach Rick Tocchet acknowledged Barkey is an option to play. Last year, the 21-year-old scored five goals, 12 assists, and 17 points in 43 regular-season games during his first professional hockey season.
