Saquon Barkley Exits Early With Hamstring Injury Against Rams

Philadelphia Eagles running back Saquon Barkley suffered a right hamstring injury in the first quarter of Sunday's 24-20 loss to the Los Angeles Rams and was ruled out. Barkley pulled up limping after a six-yard carry, took a knee in obvious discomfort, and walked directly to the locker room for evaluation. His exit forced backup running backs Tank Bigsby and Will Shipley to manage Philadelphia's backfield duties for the remainder of the contest.
