Bears LB D'Marco Jackson Escapes Fine for Hit on Jalen Hurts

Chicago Bears linebacker D'Marco Jackson was not fined by the NFL for his unnecessary roughness hit on Eagles quarterback Jalen Hurts in the second quarter of Monday night's game. The sideline hit forced Hurts out of the contest briefly to be evaluated for a concussion, sparking visible anger from Eagles coach Nick Sirianni. Although flagged on the field during the sequence, Jackson escaped any subsequent league monetary fine as the Bears secured a 27-7 victory.
