Carlos Washington Signed to Active Roster by Miami Dolphins

The Miami Dolphins have signed running back Carlos Washington off the practice squad to the active roster. Washington joins the backfield following the season-ending torn ACL suffered by De'Von Achane. Washington previously spent time with the Atlanta Falcons over the last two seasons before signing with Miami in May.
