Mackie Samoskevich Activated From IR Ahead Of Game

Seattle Kraken forward Mackie Samoskevich (upper body) was activated from injured reserve on Saturday. After missing Thursday's 6-1 win over Calgary, he appears poised to return to the lineup against Edmonton. Samoskevich secured a top-six role and a spot on the second power-play unit during training camp. Jacob Melanson was placed on the IR list in a corresponding move.
