Jalen Carter Playing Through Wrist Injury With Cast on Right Hand
Philadelphia Eagles defensive tackle Jalen Carter has been playing through a hairline fracture in his right wrist, wearing a cast on his right hand that has limited his snap count and pass-rushing effectiveness. Carter played 71% of defensive snaps in Week 3's loss to Chicago. Despite signing a four-year, $152 million extension this offseason, Carter expects to wear the cast for a couple more weeks as his strength gradually returns.
