Bengals Amarius Mims Earns Top-6 Right Tackle Praise After Dominant Play

Cincinnati Bengals right tackle Amarius Mims is delivering a breakout third season, establishing himself as a premier pass protector by shutting down elite edge rushers like Will Anderson Jr., Danielle Hunter, and T.J. Watt. In Sunday's game against Pittsburgh, Mims won 12 true 1-on-1 drop-back reps against Watt. Offensive line analyst Brandon Thorn named Mims a top 5-to-6 right tackle in the NFL, validating Cincinnati's decision to select the high-ceiling tackle No. 18 overall in the 2024 NFL Draft.
