Tyson Bagent Clears Protocol, Expected to Start for Bears in Week 4
Tyson Bagent cleared concussion protocol and took first-team practice reps, positioning him to start for the Chicago Bears in Week 4 against the New York Jets. While head coach Ben Johnson has not officially named a starter, NFL Network's Ian Rapoport reports Bagent is expected to get the nod over Case Keenum, who threw for 247 yards and two touchdowns in a 27-7 Week 3 win over the Eagles. Caleb Williams remains out due to a hamstring injury.
