Ivan Provorov Misses Three Straight Practices Before Opener

Columbus Blue Jackets defenseman Ivan Provorov (undisclosed) hasn't been on the ice for three straight days, raising concern ahead of Thursday's season opener against Buffalo. While he hasn't been officially ruled out, missing multiple morning skates puts his availability in jeopardy. Emil Andrae is expected to draw into the lineup if Provorov cannot play.
