Joel Embiid to Receive Maintenance Plan From 76ers

Philadelphia 76ers head coach Nick Nurse stated that star center Joel Embiid will have his workload closely managed during the 2026-27 season. Although Embiid entered training camp without restrictions and fully participated in the team's opening practice, the 76ers are proactively mapping out a maintenance plan alongside LeBron James to navigate back-to-backs and ensure long-term health for their veteran core.
