Caleb Martin Enters Year Three With Dallas Mavericks

NBA veteran forward Caleb Martin enters his eighth professional season and third with the Dallas Mavericks. Signed through the third year of a $35 million contract, Martin faces a crowded frontcourt rotation and a limited role for the 2026-27 campaign. While viewed by critics as a remnant of a previous front office, his best-case scenario involves providing veteran leadership from the bench, mentoring younger players, and efficiently knocking down three-pointers when called upon.
