Jazz Chisholm Benched in Yankees' Wild Card Game 1 Victory

New York Yankees infielder Jazz Chisholm was left out of the lineup in a 9-0 Game 1 AL Wild Card Series win over the Red Sox. Manager Aaron Boone opted to start Anthony Volpe at second base against rookie southpaw Payton Tolle. Chisholm, who played just three games after returning from a right thumb sprain and hit 19 home runs in 137 regular-season games, expressed frustration but is expected to return for Game 2 against right-hander Sonny Gray.
