Maveric Lamoureux Sidelined 4-6 Months After Shoulder Surgery
Utah Mammoth blue line depth has taken a major hit as 22-year-old defenseman Maveric Lamoureux faces a four-to-six-month recovery following shoulder surgery. Lamoureux suffered a dislocation during training camp and underwent a procedure Monday, putting him on a timeline to return around the All-Star break. The 6-foot-6 right-shot defenseman was competing for a full-time NHL roster spot. Utah will now look to Andrew Peeke, Nick DeSimone, and Dmitri Simashev to fill the void.
