Creed Willems Concludes Strong Triple-A Season Awaiting MLB Debut

Creed Willems finished the 2026 season with Triple-A Norfolk hitting .260/.351/.434 with 21 home runs across 113 games. Despite a strong offensive campaign, a freak dugout injury on July 1st sidelined him with a pulled hamstring just as major league catching opportunities opened up. The Orioles ultimately looked elsewhere for depth, leaving Willems to finish the year on the taxi squad without making his major league debut.
