D'Marco Jackson Penalized for Hard Hit on Eagles Quarterback Jalen Hurts

Chicago Bears linebacker D'Marco Jackson drew an unnecessary roughness penalty during Monday night's game against the Philadelphia Eagles for a hard hit on quarterback Jalen Hurts near the sideline. Jackson drilled Hurts as the quarterback was scrambling and stepping out of bounds near the first-down marker, prompting Eagles coach Nick Sirianni to express remorse over his reaction to the flagged hit that temporarily knocked Hurts out of the first half.
