Braelon Allen Set for Expanded Role Following Hall's Injury

New York Jets running back Braelon Allen took over backfield duties after starter Breece Hall exited in the fourth quarter of Week 3 against the Detroit Lions due to a thigh injury. Allen is positioned to operate as the Jets' lead back alongside Isaiah Davis if Hall misses time in upcoming games against the Chicago Bears and Cleveland Browns. Allen previously posted 334 rushing yards and three total touchdowns during his rookie year.
