Rueben Bain Jr. Inactive for Buccaneers Against Vikings in Week 3

Tampa Bay Buccaneers outside linebacker Rueben Bain Jr. is inactive for Sunday afternoon's game against the Minnesota Vikings. Bain is dealing with a groin injury suffered during last week's loss to the Cleveland Browns, sidelining the rookie defensive starter as the team seeks its first win of the season.
