Najee Harris Active as Part of Giants' Backfield Rotation in Week 3

New York Giants running back Najee Harris is active for Sunday's game against the Tennessee Titans. With Devin Singletary named a surprise inactive, Harris will rotate with Tyrone Tracy Jr. behind starting running back Cam Skattebo.
