Jordan Walker Makes First Career Start in Leadoff Spot

Jordan Walker will make his first career start in the leadoff spot Sunday against the Milwaukee Brewers for the St. Louis Cardinals season finale. Moving up from his usual third or fourth spot should grant the 24-year-old outfielder an extra at-bat or two as he pursues an even 30 home runs on the season, capping off a fantastic year despite regressing to .238/.291/.379 since the All-Star break.
