Jimmy Garoppolo Targeted as Potential Giants Quarterback Option

Free agent quarterback Jimmy Garoppolo is among several signal-callers the New York Giants are considering targeting to address their quarterback position. The Giants are moving forward with Jameis Winston as the starter for Week 3 against Tennessee following a season-ending knee injury to rookie Jaxson Dart on Monday Night Football. Front office evaluations will dictate whether the franchise ultimately pursues an external addition like Garoppolo to stabilize the offense.
