Mike Evans Exits Win Over Cardinals With Rib and Oblique Injury
San Francisco 49ers wide receiver Mike Evans exited Sunday's 36-30 win against the Arizona Cardinals after suffering a hard hit to his midsection from Budda Baker. Evans, who was carted to the locker room in obvious pain during the second quarter, finished with three catches on six targets for 34 yards and a touchdown. Head coach Kyle Shanahan confirmed Evans will undergo further tests Monday to determine if he sustained a broken rib or an oblique injury.
