Patrick Herbert Elevated to Active Roster Ahead of Chargers Game
The Los Angeles Chargers have elevated tight end Patrick Herbert from the practice squad to the active roster for Sunday's game against the Buffalo Bills. The move pairs the 25-year-old with his older brother, quarterback Justin Herbert, for the first time since their 2019 season at Oregon. If Justin completes a pass to Patrick, it is believed to mark the first time in NFL history that a player has thrown a pass to his brother.
