Jake Haener Signed To 53-Man Roster As Backup Quarterback

The New York Giants have signed quarterback Jake Haener from their practice squad to the active 53-man roster following Jaxson Dart's season-ending knee injury. Haener fills the vacant roster spot and will serve as the backup quarterback to Jameis Winston for Sunday's game against the Tennessee Titans. Haener previously appeared in eight games with one start for the Saints in 2024, throwing for 226 yards, one touchdown, and one interception.
