Oneil Cruz Exits Saturday's Game Early Due to Apparent Knee Injury

Pittsburgh Pirates outfielder Oneil Cruz was removed from Saturday's game against the Tigers in the third inning after appearing to injure his knee when his foot got stuck in the grass during a sliding catch in the first frame. With only one game remaining on the regular-season schedule following Saturday, Pittsburgh may choose to keep him sidelined regardless of the diagnosis. The team is expected to provide a formal update soon.
