Stephen Curry Signs Two-Year, $116M Extension With Warriors

Stephen Curry has agreed to a two-year, $116 million contract extension with the Golden State Warriors, featuring a 2028-29 player option that extends him through his 20th NBA season. By accepting $116M, Curry took a $20M discount off his eligible $136.7M maximum extension to aid front-office roster flexibility and keep the franchise competitive. The 38-year-old four-time champion and all-time three-point leader averaged 26.6 points over 43 games last season while aiming to remain a Warrior for life.
